Nutrition

While I do not consider myself a nutritionist, I do have an extensive background in nutrition from study in Chiropractic School and post-graduate study. Typically, I will ask a patient that may have a nutritional issue to fill out a food journal, so that I can see what they are eating in a typical week and a symptom survey, which allows me to focus in on their specific needs and target the weakest organ system. Following a possible cleanse, nutritional recommendations are made to assist that person as reasonably as possible. Followup visits will be scheduled to assess the progress and make any necessary changes. Typical issues that might be assisted with nutritional counseling are weight management, fatigue, inflammation, pain and soft tissue repair, and digestive dysfunction.
